ORiS Srl and Telespazio Germany GmbH have signed a Memorandum of Understanding establishing a commercial collaboration under which Telespazio Germany will provide a full end‑to‑end ground segment and mission operations to support next‑generation In‑Orbit Servicing aimed at satellite wireless recharge capabilities.

The MoU brings together Telespazio’s extensive experience in mission operations with ORiS’ leadership in laser-based wireless power transmission technologies, placing satellite wireless recharge capability at the core of the initiative.
Through this agreement, ORiS and Telespazio will work together to explore and assess In-Orbit Services business, evaluating their use in future missions and benefits for satellite constellations, institutional operators, and emerging space companies.
